Three things. One, we're founders, not career recruiters — we understand cap table, runway and the real pressure of scaling. Two, we focus on LatAm tech startups, not generalism. Three, our cultural-fit framework comes from operating inside Rappi and Nubank, not from a course. We don't send CVs in bulk: you get 3–5 profiles with objective scoring.

Tech roles (engineering, product, data), business (BD, strategy), marketing and growth, sales, and leadership (VP, Head, C-level). We focus on profiles with an entrepreneurial mindset for startups and scaleups in LatAm.

Five steps: Kickoff call to align the role, pre-pipeline in 1–3 days, candidate preview to calibrate, screening with a scorecard, and first batch delivered by day 5. Ideal time to fill: 1 month. End-to-end support included.

First batch in 5 days. Ideal time to fill: 1 month for senior IC roles. 30–45 days for leadership (VP / Head). If you need something in under 14 days, tell us on the first call — we activate intensive parallel sourcing.

90-day replacement at no cost. If the candidate leaves or doesn't work out in the first 90 days post-hire, we replace them with no new fee. To date we've had to execute this guarantee less than 5% of the time.
